CONSTRUCTION MAINTENANCE & REPAIR AND TECHNICAL AFFAIRS DIRECTORATE

As pursuant to the Article 28 of the Decree Law No: 124 on the Administrative Organization of the Supreme Bodies of Higher Education and the Institutions of Higher Education, the duties and responsibilities of the Construction, Maintenance & Repair Technical Affairs Directorate include:
a) Planning the designs of the university buildings and plants, preparing the tender dossiers, implementing the tenders in relation to the construction and repair, supervision and taking over the constructions, performance of the maintenance and repair works.
b) Carrying out the works related to the central heating, boiler room, cold room, generator, ventilation systems as well as the telephone exchange, landscaping and vehicle operation, elevator maintenance and repairs and any similar works.
